Family Panel (family-panel.it-kyryl-server.click) is a private workspace for tracking household spending and tasks. This page says plainly what it stores about you, why, and how to get rid of it.
Your name, email address and, if you sign in with Google, the profile picture Google supplies. Nothing else is requested from Google — not your contacts, not your mail, not your files. Whatever you put into the app: expenses, income, categories, receipts you upload, boards, tasks and comments. That content is yours; we do not read it, mine it, or show it to anyone outside the workspaces you share it with.
Each sign-in, with the time, the IP address it came from, and the browser and operating system your browser reports. This is shown back to you under Security → Devices and sign-ins, and it exists so that you can notice a sign-in you did not make. A random identifier in a cookie, which tells one browser from another so that list means something and so you can sign a device out. It is not a fingerprint: we do not measure your screen, fonts, canvas or hardware, and clearing cookies makes a new identifier. Actions taken inside a workspace — who invited whom, who changed a permission — in an audit trail that workspace owners can read.
Three, all strictly necessary, none for advertising or analytics: the session cookie that keeps you signed in, the device identifier described above, and a note of which workspace you last opened so the interface comes back where you left it. There are no third-party trackers on this site.
People in the workspaces you belong to, according to the permissions set there. An administrator of this installation, who can see accounts and their email addresses and can reset a password — the same access anybody running a server has, made visible rather than hidden. Google, if you choose to sign in with Google, learns that you signed into this app. Nobody else. Email is sent from our own server, not through a third-party service.
On a single server in Canada, in a database reachable only from that machine. Backups live on the same machine. Content stays until you delete it. Sign-in history and device records stay while the account exists. Deleting your account removes all of it.
A copy of your data, a correction, or deletion. Write to us and we will do it — there is no ticket system to fight, and no retention period we are obliged to sit out first. You can already do most of it yourself: change your name and email in your profile, sign devices out under Security, and leave or delete a workspace from its settings.
This is a household tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their data.
